Kurşunlu Waterfall is a waterfall that can be reached when you turn left from the 24th km of the Antalya-Isparta highway and continue for 7 km.
Water is poured into Kurşunlu Waterfall from a height of 18 meters and 7 small ponds are connected to each other by small waterfalls. Kurşunlu Waterfall is within a 2-kilometer canyon. This area was turned into a park in 1986 and opened to visitors. The waterfall and picnic area covers an area of 33 hectares. Inside the picnic area; There are view terraces, playground, restaurant, car park, promenade paths, drinking water, toilet. Transportation can be provided by municipal buses and minibuses.
Minibuses 230 and 231 and bus number 79 can be used to reach Kurşunlu waterfall. These vehicles depart from the center of Antalya every hour.
Location: It is within the borders of the central district of Antalya province in the Mediterranean Region. Transportation: The nature park is 22 km from Antalya. away. The park can be accessed by a 7 km road deviating from the Soğucaksu bridge of the Antalya-Aksu highway to the north.
Feature: 586 hectares of land was reserved as a Nature Park in 1991 due to its unique natural landscape feature and Kurşunlu Waterfall, where healthy forest texture and rich plant community samples are integrated with interesting water and rock forms.
In the area where red pine is dominant, there are eastern plane trees, laurel, carob, wild olive, mastic tree, willow and fig trees, sometimes in single or small groups. Myrtle, hawthorn, oleander, blackberry, wild rose, euphorbia, madder, spruce, kermes oak, thyme, wild mint, record, ferns and ivy form the forest flora. It is possible to see buckthorn (above water) buckthorn, water mint, reed (in water) water chandeliers, thread green algae, (floating plant) water lilies among aquatic plants.
Wild boar, fox, rabbit, squirrel, bat, hoopoe, woodpecker, turtledove, carp, turtle, dog, snake and lizard constitute the fauna of the Nature Park.
Available Services and accommodation: The best time to visit the park is from April to December. Daily picnics and nature walks are among the activities that visitors can do. There is a facility in the Nature Park to meet the eating and drinking needs of the visitors.
